LILY'S BEEF ROULADE IN CLASSIC CREAMY PEANUT SAUCE
Made with a surprising finish of creamy peanut butter sauce made from the best of the best, Lily’s Peanut Butter, this recipe is a classic party dish made without any special occasions required! INGREDIENTS
• 500 grams Beef top round
• 25 grams Bell pepper
• 25 grams Carrots
• 25 grams Garlic
• 50 grams Onion
• ¼ cup Soy Sauce
• 2 pcs Hotdog
• 12 pcs Hard boiled eggs
• 1/3 cup Lily’s Peanut Butter
• 1/3 cup Water
• 1 tsp Salt
• ¼ cup Additional Lily’s Peanut Butter for the sauce
PROCEDURE
• Spread the beef and top it with the sliced hotdog and boiled egg.
• Roll it together.
• Place the beef inside the pressure cooker together and combine bell pepper, carrots, garlic, onion, soy sauce, and water.
• Cook for 20 minutes until tender.
• When beef is cooked already, put the stocks/sauce in a blender to puree.
• Pour the puree in a heated pan. Add Lily’s Peanut Butter to have a more creamy taste.
• Slice the beef roulade and pour sauce over.
